TEAM Mentoring

TEAM Mentoring is a collaborative approach in which Big Brothers Big Sisters partners with youth-serving organizations and other groups to deliver site-based mentoring programs throughout our communities. Each group determines specific guidelines for its contributions to the program, whether they provide volunteer mentors, children to participate in mentoring, and/or a facility to house the mentoring sessions. With guidance and ongoing support from the Big Brothers Big Sisters Agency, church groups, service organizations, fraternities, sororities and businesses can deliver mentoring programs within their organization. TEAM Mentoring provides a creative and safe environment for children and volunteers to meet and establish ongoing relationships.
